Privacy policy

Last updated October 31, 2026. We collect as little information as we can, and we don't track you.

What we collect

Account: the email address and password (or Google account details) you use to sign up. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication, and we never see them.
Purchases: when you buy, our payment provider Dodo Payments takes your card details. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the payment reference. We don't receive or store card numbers.
License keys: the key, the email it was sent to, and for each activation the device ID and device name the plugin reports.
Creator applications: the name, email and social links you send through the creator form.
Security: your IP address, used briefly to limit repeated requests to our servers.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only what the site needs to work: a login session, your saved cart and your light or dark theme choice. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.

How we use it

To sign you in, sell you plugins and send your license keys.
To check that a license is valid when the plugin starts.
To answer support requests and keep the site safe.

Who processes it

We use Cloudflare to host the site and store your purchase and license records, Firebase for sign-in, Dodo Payments for payments, and Cloudflare Email for license emails. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and license records for as long as the license is valid, and for the tax and accounting records the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email support@quickbar.pro from the address you used. Deleting your account may mean losing access to your licenses.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
